My French and Italian housemates have moved back to their respective home countries after a year in Birmingham and I'm looking for a new housemate in my 3 bedroom house in North Edgbaston (around the corner is Summerfield Park, the Edgbaston Reservoir and Birmingham City Hospital; and Broad Street, Birmingham's nightlife street is also just a stone throw away).

I'm a working professional who run my own business. I'm fun loving, clean and very easy to get along with. I enjoy reading, movies (sometimes watch with my lovely next door neighbours), Game of Thrones and cooking.
Don't mind living with smokers, as long as they only smoke outside of the house...there is a beautiful garden. I have a warm and cosy house that I call home :)

The room is to rent:-
£400.00 pcm + £400.00 security deposit

For Couples:-
£500.00 pcm + £400.00 security deposit

*6 months minimum stay.
