I'm currently looking for someone who is keen to take over my tenancy from May 2024 - 31st July
2024 AND YOU CAN EXTEND IT THE LEASE. It's an ensuite room (private bathroom) with a shared kitchen. You will be sharing the kitchen with other 4 students. As a female, I honestly would say they are the friendly bunch of local lads ever. (3 boys and 1 girl)
Again, you can even extend your tenancy

• 10-15 minutes walk to Bullring/Grand Central
• Walking distance to BCU, ASTON.
• 10 minutes max walk to Birmingham Snow Hill
Railway Station
• 10-15 minutes walk to Chinatown
• There is a Convenience store (Nisa Local/ Tesco/Co-op)
• utility bills included (heater/electric/water)
• Laundry as well as dryer included
• kitchen comes with hob induction stove kettle and microwave.
• Heater - provided in the room
The weekly rent is £156 with all bills included.
