Hey! I'm searching for a new flatmate to join me in this flat right beside The Mailbox, as my current flatmate will be moving out for work elsewhere soon.

The flat consists of a shared living room and kitchen (with many amenities provided by the owner). The room to let is the bigger En-Suite room. There's also a parking space available that we currently rent out to other residents in the property (therefore making rental price cheaper than what I've quoted above). The property also comes with a concierge which helps collect parcels.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from a Tesco Express, 10 minutes walk to New Street Station and 15 minutes walk to Snow Hill.
