LGBT Db Rm (own bathroom) nr Mailbox inc BILLs
It's a double room in the city centre bham, the room comes with a double bed, shelves and a wardrobe. You would have sole use of the main large bathroom (as I have an en-suite) which has a w/c, basin and bath with over shower attachment. The flat has recently been redecorated.
My current flatmate is leaving at the end of March so I am looking for LGBT friendly flatmate.
I work from home and I use the living room 9-5 Monday to Friday as my office - outside those hours it is available for communal use.
All bills are included (council tax, tv licence, water and electricity and broadband).
The kitchen has a new washing machine, hob and over and grill and basic crockery and utensils.
It is 5 mins from Five Ways Station or 8 mins from the entrance to New Street Station.
The flat has an open-planned living room, a small kitchen, and a balcony which over looks the peace garden park.
I currently work at home during the week so I would prefer someone who works away from home during the day.
