Double room in clean modern apartment in gated development. Fantastic city centre location- yards from the mailbox/cube, 5 minutes walk to broad street and five ways train station and 7 mins walk to city centre and new street station.
The apartment has a balcony and is south facing so gets plenty of light. There is a Tesco in the apartment block and the peace garden is directly in front.
The bedroom has double bed with storage, desk, wardrobe and book shelf and you will have exclusive use of the master bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with leather sofas, wireless broadband, TV and a well equipped kitchen.
Rent is £600/month including all bills.
I am looking for a clean, considerate non-smoking professional. You will be sharing with a young professional female who is polite and keeps the place tidy. As the landlord I only visit a couple of times a year at the max so someone with a similar profile who will keep things tidy is preferred.
The current tenant has been living for 2 years and is planning to vacate on the 22nd of June but may leave a week or so earlier.
