Large double w/ en-suite to rent in city centre
Due to my current roommate moving down to London, a fantastic large double room, with en-suite and built in wardrobe, in the highly desirable Centenary Plaza (next to the mailbox) will be available from 1 Nov for a minimum 6 month let.
Rent is £437. 50 per calendar month, each. Bills usually come in at around £135 a month each.
About me - I'm a busy, 33 year old, Marketing Manager. I love my job but equally love having a life too. I enjoy nights out with friends, watching films, going to live events, trying to win pub quizzes, cooking, eating...or failing that a quiet night in front of the box or reading a book.
I'm clean, tidy, respectful of other people's space and property and very easy to get along with.
I'm looking to share with someone who is on a similar wavelength who has their own life, but happy to share the tv and maybe the odd night out.
The apartment block and flat are both fantastic so I'm not expecting the room to be available for long. If you're interested in coming to view the room, please drop me a line.
