I wish to share my apartment with another professional that is respectful, friendly and social.

The property is furnished with my own personal property, unlike other properties that are furnished this share will be a comfortable place to. relax in the evening and be social and not lock yourself away in your room.

I'm from North Wales originally but recently relocated to Birmingham from London.

I'm flexible with the type of share. It will depend on how we get on. I'll start with sun-fri share and can be flexible if you wish to stay the odd weekend.

If you stay just mid-week then you may leave some items on weekends if you so wish.

Happy to share cooking but we both need to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment and shared spaces.

Broadband and Talktalk TV Service as well as Apple TV.

You will be sharing with a professional gay male who is respectful and considerate of others and expects same in return. I also have a dry sense of humour.
