The bedroom has double bed with storage, desk, wardrobe and book shelf and its own bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished with leather sofas, wireless broadband, TV and a well equipped kitchen.
Rent is £700/month including all bills.
I am looking for a clean, considerate non-smoking professional. You will be sharing with a young professional male who is polite and keeps the place tidy. As the landlord I only visit a couple of times a year at the max so someone who will take good care and keep things tidy is preferred.
