It's the perfect location, within a stone's throw of New Street station and all the amenities the city centre offers. The flat has a wrap around balcony with amazing views. The room is newly refurbished, spacious and fully furnished. It has an ensuite and a door out onto the balcony. I am looking for a sociable flat mate - but one who also appreciates the need for quiet and privacy during the working week and who will keep the place clean and tidy.
