Hello! I have a lovely, impeccably clean, well-furnished luxury apartment on the southern tip of the Jewellery Quarter near to Brindley Place.

I am looking to sublet the large ensuite bedroom in my apartment. I have the smaller room and use the main bathroom. The room will be available from 1 March 2018 onwards (an earlier move-in from mid-February may be possible).

- Double bed with a high quality mattress and four built-in drawers.

- A small chest of drawers can be supplied if required.

- Non-religious but fairly political with a love of good food and good company.

ABOUT YOU:
- Ideally you will have many of the above qualities (clean, down-to-earth, and considerate).
- Professional lifestyle with full-time work or study.
- Non-smoker and no pets, willing to share household chores (mainly vacuuming and bin emptying).
- Able to pay one month's rent as a deposit and provide references.
- Happy to sign a Licence Agreement so we both know our rights and responsibilities.

I am extremely clean and house proud so my new lodger must be willing and able to keep the apartment clean and tidy at all times.
