I will be going abroad for few months until 23 August, 2016 and would like to rent to a neat and clean professional single person/couple.

It is exactly 2 minutes across the Birmingham New Street station, near Tesco and Ask Italian restaurant.

Short term (minimum 1 month) accepted.

Refundable security deposit of £795/- for couples and £695/- for singles required.
