Hi, I'm Emma, looking for a housemate to share my home. The room is a large single room with bed, wardrobe, cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is space for a desk and chair if needed.
I live alone but my partner Paul stays here most of the time. I also have a friendly elderly cat!
You would have use of all main rooms, including living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. All kitchen appliances, utentils, crockery etc provided.
Free on-street parking. 25 minutes' walk/short bus ride to Warwick University.
Bills included. Council Tax Band A (included). Please note that I do not have a TV Licence and you would need to provide your own if you wish to watch live TV or BBC iPlayer.
