Wireless Broad Band and Sky TV in house plus connection in room. Plus all modern conveniences - eg kitchen utilities ( dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc).
Daily or weekly rentals available by prior arrangement. All bills included.

City centre accessable by bus route. Bus stop outside house for city centre comes every 10 mins (bus stops right outside Coventry University). For Univeristy of Warwick students it is a 5 to 10 mins walk to relevant bus stop. Both Universitys only 10 mins away by bus, 5 mins by car.

Local supermarkets and eating outlets within walking distance. 15mins from Earlsdon a popular cultural and social area with lots goin on!
10 min walk to local train station. Birmingham half hour by train. Birmingham airport 25 mins by car.

This is my own home. I am a single professional female. I also have a very friendly and loving welsh border collie. :)

The person chosen will be able to self cater and act respectfully towards the household. I am not overly house proud but expect the person to be reasonably clean and tidy. Household maintenence will be shared. The room is lovely and warm in the winter too!

You will also need to provide own bed linen and towels etc.
