Room to let in large house.

I have a double room coming up for let on the 1st February . All household bills are included as well as BT fibre optic broadband and Council tax. A cleaner comes in once a week which is paid for by all tenants at 5 pounds a week.
I am a live in landlord but I work abroad, So not there often, if at all. The room for rent is on the first floor of the house.
The room is newly decorated with carpet, double size bed and plenty of cupboard space.
There is also a First floor bathroom has power shower and bath.

There is a very large shared fully fitted modern kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. The front room is fully furnished with Lcd tv and digital free view .
The house is fully gas central heated, clean and modern.

I would only consider people who are clean and tidy please, And who think of others as we all have to share our home.
