En-suite double room in a sought-after building

Double room available in a 2 bedroom flat on Lord Street, Chapel Fields. The entire flat is modern and is set in an ex-community building which was renovated just over two years ago. I have been in the flat since November and am looking for a mid to long term let.

This is the ideal place for a young professional in full time employment. Please no couples, DSS or night shift workers. I'm not bothered about your sexual orientation, race, religion, pets, smoking status, height, if you came from Mars etc you get the gist. I in turn expect you to be tolerant of all the listen and be easy to get along with. I'm not looking for a clean OCD freak and don't mind if you don't immediately wash up your dishes just don't leave them there for 3 days, common sense and respect really!

I have no problem with you having friends round, one night stands (or maybe two night stands if you're that good) or your respective partners. But please if you have a partner they can't be staying over the majority of the week.

Location: Lord Street is a 20 minute walk in to Coventry city centre, and 30 minutes to the train station, and is at the bottom of the Allesley Old Road, and access to public transport is very easy.

Ammenities: Morrisons only 10 minutes walk away.

Parking: On the road parking.

The Room: A double room with en-suite, unfurnished. Radiator and window.

About me: I'm 23, and work in social media. I don't smoke, but smokers are welcome to go outside as often as they like. I'm very sociable and often go out with friends, or have friends round to socialise. I can work late, either in the office, remotely or at home, so you may be in the flat on your own.
