I am a 30 year old female who lives in the beautiful Cofton Hackett area of Birmingham.

My house is located 8 miles from Birmingham City Centre on a quiet estate. It has 2 private allocated off road parking spaces at the rear of the house. The property is over two floors and consists of 3 bedrooms on the first floor as well as an ensuite in the master bedroom and a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen / diner which have french doors leading into the garden and includes a patio area. A large living room and a downstairs WC. There is disabled access at the front of the house.

The property is located by Cofton Park, Lickey Hills and Barnt Green with walk trails through fields. Access to public transport and motorways are a short distance away as well as convenience stores, supermarkets, pubs and eateries. One of the largest Marks & Spencer's stores in the UK is less than a mile away.

The bedroom for rent is a double bedroom measuring 8'4" x 8'9". The bedroom is furnished however the wardrobe is in the third bedroom which I have set up as a dressing room but I don't mind if you want to re-arrange your bedroom to have the wardrobe put in there. You will have use of the family bathroom which I am in the process of having a shower installed so will consist of a bath and shower as I predominantly use my ensuite. There is a TV point in the bedroom which if you want to have set up at your own cost I don't mind. You will have full use of the kitchen and washing facilities. I currently have Virgin installed in the house.

The shower in the family bathroom should be completed over the next couple of weeks so the bedrroom to rent will be available sooner than the 1st March if needed.

The house is my home and I would like to share it with somebody who respects property and privacy but would be nice to have a friendly face about the place. I work shifts so there will be considerable time when you get the whole house to yourself. I do have a dog however she is 12 years old and very friendly.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house but in the garden only.
