I have a fully furnished ensuite double room available from August in the Coseley area. (Nr Wolverhampton). It is in a 2 bedroom first floor apartment. The other room is being rented out to someone already. He has been living there for approx. 18 months. He is 36, non smoker and non drinker and very easy to get on with. He is clean and tidy and very reliable. I am looking for someone to share the flat with him, preferably over a long term period but willing to speak to people who are looking 6 months or more. Any utility bills will be shared with the current tenant. This person must be male, aged between 25-50 and a non smoker. They must be clean and tidy and easy going.
