The room is pleasantly furnished and has a TV point and free wireless broadband.
There is a shower room and seperate wc downstairs and a bathroom and seperate wc upstairs. There is a dining room, a lounge, and a huge kitchen which leads out onto the rear patio, all for communal use.
I would say that the best fit for the house would be a non-smoker who likes a laugh a joke and drink, but isn't looking for a rave every weekend. Females preferred, but not exclusively so
