The house is massive and is located just 10 minutes’ walk from the Centre and Coventry University.

The rooms are large and offer a lot of space and comfort. Each room is equipped with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a good size desk and a chair. The house benefits from a Superfast Commercial Virgin Media broadband and off street parking.

The rent is £440 per calendar month and some bills (council tax, water and broadband) Gas and electric are not included in the rent.

The room is not suitable for couples or children.

Minimum Stay is 6 months, and we will not consider short-term letting

We require references and a Deposit of £440.
