Small room in private house Mon to Frid

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY. I have a very small single room to rent. It would be suitable for someone who is looking for a quiet budget room to sleep during the
week. The room contains
single bed, a small wardrobe and a bedside locker with drawers. I do have dogs so you must be ok with pets. My dogs do bark at strangers but quickly settle when they get to know you. My house is centrally heated and I have Broadband is available. The rent includes all bills except the landline phone which is not available to be used by lodgers. My house is in a quiet street, within easy reach of Peugeot, Jaguar and is a 25 minute walk from the town centre and the station. It is easily accessible from the M1, M6 and the M54. This is a friendly relaxed house but please do not apply if you are looking for full time lodgings or are uncomfortable with pets.
