I have 3 rooms that will be available for the start of the 2014/15 year. The house is situated close to the university only 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cycle.

Double room is £365 pcm

Single room is £335 pcm

All are fully furnished with desk, chest of draws, wardrobe and shelving unit.

The house is very well kept in a quiet neighbourhood, no problems with noise. There is off street parking and a drive if you have a car.

The common areas include the kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet, lounge, dining room and garden. Plenty of storage areas throughout the house.

Kitchen - modern finish and mod cons including washing machine, dish washer and tumble dryer

Dining room - large space with table and chairs

Lounge - two sofas, a nice chill out space

Bathroom - recently refurbished, toilet and nice shower with good strong pressure!

Toilet - downstairs separate toilet and sink

Garden - paved in slabs, low maintenance, very nice space during summer weather
