Double room in centrally located home

My husband and I are looking for professional employed persons or students who would be interested in renting the front double bedroom in our Edwardian terraced home. We are located in a quiet street near the canal basin - a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre of Coventry and Coventry University. We are in walking distance of local amenities such as the bus and rail station, supermarkets, theatre, universities etc. We are offering a furnished room with free hi speed wi-fi and the rent includes all bills. We are vegetarian and vegan and would prefer to share with the same. We have interests in music, films, cooking and travel. We have a friendly dog called Amber and there is plenty of parking space in our road. Smoking is allowed but only outside.
The room measures approximately 4 metres x 4 metres and includes a double bed.
We would need one month's rent as deposit and then a month in advance each month. We look forward to hearing from you.
