Room for rent, whole house to yourself!

Hi all!
I own a 3 bedroom house close to Coventry city centre. I am not living there at the moment as my partner lives in the north and I live with him. My job is flexible and allows me to work from home.
I'm very flexible with regards to weekends if you also wish to stay weekend nights.
I do own one cat but he comes with me so will not be there.
The room is small with a single bed, but you'll have the house to yourself so ample kitchen/living room etc. To be honest the only reason I haven't put the whole house up for rent is that I do come back once in a while but it generally is an empty house for you. I will be putting the house on the Market although I expect it will take a while to sell of course - dont worry you won't be thrown out, but I do need the house to be clean and presentable at all times.
Parking on the driveway for one car.
Back garden, wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, room fully furnished (albeit in a slightly girlie style!)
Excellent access to the M6, M1, M40 and A45.
It would be nice to have a tenant who is clean and tidy as I'm a bit of a neat freak :-/
Lovely neighbours. 
Bus stop 3 mins walk, shop and post office 5 mins walk. 
Water and broadband included. Electric and gas on card/key meter at tenants expense.
Bad points; bath only, no shower.
