I have a room to let in Cheylesmore if you are interested.

Please let me give you a brief description:-

Double room single occupacy available in a lovely, quiet street in Cheylesmore.

One months minimum contract for those busy moving housemates.

With regards the house it has two toilet rooms with two showers and one bath. A communal lounge with digital channels, 32" widescreen TV/DVD and very modern furnishing is provided. A well equipped kitchen a separate laundry room including washing machine and f/freezer. Free secure wireless broadband is found throughout the property. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower and W/C whilst upstairs has a bathroom with bath, shower and W/C. The bedroom has a double bed with double mattress, wardrobe, 3-drawer unit and computer desk with chair. Rear garden for those lovely warm sunny days.
There is a bus stop 30 seconds walk away, Coventry Train Station is less than a 10 minute walk, trains are 20 minutes into Birmingham New Street, 10 minutes to Birmingham International Airport, 1 hour 5 minutes into London Euston. The local shops are a 5 minute walk, along with the doctor's surgery and dentist. City Centre is 3 minutes walk to the centre where you can find really great bars, restaurants & shops with good links to the M40, M1 and M6 motorways. Warwick University is a 10 minute bus journey and Coventry Universities is 5 minutes walk.

The rent includes all bills and the amount shown is for the smaller room advertised. Room rent is £385 pcm. All gas, electricity, water, council tax etc will be paid for by the company (Gameson's Lettings), there are no hidden costs. A one-month notice period is all that is required and that is affective from the date given in writing. Rent money is collect on the 1st or as near as each month and can be paid in different ways.
