We are 3 female PhD students looking for a further flatmate. We are all friendly and sociable but also hard working and we would like a female postgrad to join our house. The house is located in Centenary Road in Canley, which is 5 minutes walking from Tesco and 15 to central campus. The house is newly furnished with 4 four spacious double rooms, one toilet, new kitchen, living room and garden. The price of the room is £350 per month plus bills. The room will be available from September 2012.
