I have a large double room in Coundon to rent out to a professional or a mature student. Full time students' rent is reduced by £20. The room has excellent storage, and contains an armchair, desk and a TV socket. There is also a semi-private lounge/dining area with a Freeview TV, which is mainly for your sole use. Wifi and bills are included in the monthly rent. Very suitable for someone who is quiet, independent and friendly. Must be a non-smoker. There is also a large shared kitchen, shared bathroom and garden.

I am a live-in landlord – a single professional female in my 40s who is friendly, quiet and often works from home. The house is in a quiet, safe, residential area, which is very close to good bus routes to town (which is 30 mins’ walk away). There are also local shops/amenities a few minutes’ away and Morrisons is about 10 minutes’ walk (5 mins’ drive). Parking is on-street, in a small cul-de-sac (slightly limited space).
