My room is a double room in a quiet area of Whoberley, Coventry. The house is a 3 bedroom terrace on Gorseway, CV5 8BJ. The house is situated on a quiet residential road, well located for big supermarkets and other shops and great for access to the A45/M6/M42. It is also a short walk to Canley train station.

I am a 28yr old male, friendly, easy to get on with, clean and considerate who is looking to share with a similar minded person. I live with my 5yr old dog, who is friendly, well trained and gets on with anybody.

The house has a shared upstairs bathroom, a downstairs toilet, extended kitchen/dining room and front lounge. The garden is a good size with a patio.
