Cheylesmore is a lovely, charming, quiet part of Coventry within easy reach of all local amenities - train station (8 minute walk), local shops, bus route no. 2 is a minute's walk away, easy access to the M40, A45, A46 and M1, doctors, dentist, beautiful and friendly local pub and just a 10 minute walk to/from the City Centre.
I'm looking for 1 person initially who is clean, neat and tidy and will respect my home and future housemates, but happy for now to live alone in the house.
The rent includes gas, electric, council tax, water rates and broadband, excluding additional telephone calls.
