The house has a great shared living space consisting of a cosy lounge & a large comfortable dining room. The lounge has cable provided via Virgin Media & is a very warm & comfortable space.

The large kitchen has a gas cooker, dish washer, washer dryer & all the other necessary essentials you would expect to find in the kitchen.

ROOM 3 has a single bed (Could squeeze in a double or fit a 3/4 bed!)- large wardrobe- lots of shelving- at rear of garden peaceful- only wake up with birds singing!

The home has a modern shower room upstairs with toilet & it also has a traditional outside toilet.

The house also has a great courtyard area & a large garden with an outdoor pool table & BBQ area.

First to view will chose to place down their deposit & provide me with appropriate referencing to secure their perfect room & home. Ideally one reference needs to be from where you are living now along with proof of your current registered living address.

I am looking for a relatively happy people who is comfortable in their own skin who enjoys life & wants to be part of the home & not just rent the room!
