Ben & James have lived in the house since university and Charlotte for the past 18 months, so are quite a close group.
Current housemate is moving to Spain so the room will be available from start of April

House has two bathrooms with showers. Large kitchen, dining room and living room with large screen tv.
House mates are easy-going, happy to chill in communal areas in the evening and go out at weekends.
