I'm a pretty laidback and live in a house with two spare rooms. Looking to rent one of them out, so negotiable which room you'd like (one with ensuite, one without). The room can also be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
The house is modern and in central Coventry overlooking the canal. close to the university.
I work in warwick and drive so lift sharing is possible should anyone work over that way.
