I am looking for a housemate to rent 1 double bedroom in a lovely 3 bedroom house. I am the only housemate so the room would be ideal for someone who likes their space but also likes to socialise at times. I would like to consider myself quite laid back and sociable, but I am also quiet and respectful to others.

The property includes full access to living room, kitchen diner, double bedroom, bathroom and porch for extra storage room.

Would suit either a professional or post grad.

Bills included:
council tax, water rates, tv licence and broadband.

Gas and electric is not included in the rent and will be halved each month.

Location : Near to Coventry city centre, located just off the Radford Road with good links to bus routes, the property also has on road parking available.

The property is situated near to a selection of convenience stores, supermarkets, takeaways and pubs.
