My house is Situated in Chelysmore Coventry in the Quinton Pool area and is located in a nice quiet culdesac. The current tennants are a 22 year old male student and a 27 year old female piano teacher.

Females are predominantly wanted but I am open to anyone.

I have one spare double bedroom available which is available for a lodger. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and sliding wardrobe with draws and shelves inside. The room has been recently decorated and is modern. Desk and chair in the bay window and a long standing mirror.

There is a big kitchen which is ideal for cooking if you had guests.

The living room has a sofa and chair with a flat screen tv. There is a youview box connected to the tv which includes the freeview channels with the ability to pause, rewind and fast forward live tv. As well as this there is BBC Iplayer, Itv player, channel 4 on demand, channel 5 ondemand and more available on the tv.

New oak table being delievered for living room in the next 2 weeks.

Internet is installed and is available wirelessly around the house.

There is a car parking space in the driveway. The town centre is a 5 minute drive from the house or 15-20 minute walk.

There are local shops around the corner on Daventry road including the spar, the butchers, numerous vegetable shops and various banks. As well as this, Asda is a 2 minute walk.

No Smoking in the house.
