2 double refurbished rooms to rent in a 4bed house
I am currently planning in renting 2 double rooms in the house I am currently living as my course finishes in April and will be moving out as well as my other colleague. If anybody is interested in having a double room near coventry university please let me know.
The house has been fully refurbished in September, and the other 2 house members are girls between the ages of 20 and 23 very friendly and welcome. It is a 4 bedroom house, with 2 big bathrooms, a nice kitchen, parking space, a garden and 8 minutes away from the main university campus. There are various local shops close by and it's also 10 minute away from the city centre.
If anybody is interested even if it's on their own, please let me know. It will be available on the 15th of next month :)
The deposit is = £600 (one month rent + deposit)
Rent: £300 per month
Bills: roughly £20 every 2 pounds ( very cheap)
If you're a professional
Every professional would have to share an extra cost of £147 for council tax. Therefore the total cost would £447 per month.
