The ensuite room is fully furnished and has a king size bed. There is a bath with shower over, sink and toilet. All linen is provided, towels and bedding being washed over the weekend. The room overlooks open fields and has a smart l TV. Facilities include a comfortable TV lounge, well equipped kitchen diner with all appliances, (landlords have their own kitchen) broadband and plenty of off road parking.

It is close to HS2 Park Lane Berkswell ,Warwick University, Westwood Business Park, Birmingham Airport, N. E. C. (10-12 mins.) Solihull, Coventry City Centre (15-18 mins.) and the motorway network. Own transport is essential although trains, buses, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away.
