It's located very close to the centre. It's an quick walk to the train station and shopping centre

The room is on e first floor and is furnished with a desk, chair, bed, carpeted floor (you will need you own bedding). There is loads of space for clothes, footwear and belongings etc.

There is plenty of storage and fridge/freezer space for food.

There is access to small snug room for watching TV, reading etc.

For female: professional, final year, foreign or mature student (must be not adverse to pets: dog and cat). House is very clean and quiet.

There is myself, 1 lodger (female), and my daughter when she is not at Uni.
