Large double room available (for single occupancy only) in large 5 bed house. The room has tv Ariel & WiFi and fully furnished with double bed and range of draw units. Wardrobe or clothes rail can be provided if required.

A utility room is available to use and has sink, washing machine and ironing facilities. Kitchen has all the usual appliances including dishwasher

A nice location with a range of local shops a few doors away includes newsagents, off license, takeaways, cafe etc.

Ricoh Arena shopping park is short walk away & Jct 3 off M6

Room would suit someone who is easy going. We are a friendly sociable house looking for 4th person to share. I am a live in landlady so ideal if you looking for a little more security and first move away from home. Must be an animal lover as We have family pets.
