A small cosy room (2.40 X 2.10 m) in a shared house. Close to the University of Warwick (25 min walk), Canley Train Station (25 min walk) and Cannon Park Shopping Centre. The area is very green and quiet.
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
All my houseamtes are researchers/PhD students so I would expect you to be considerate please.
I am away quite often, so I asked my Landlord if I could sublet my room and he kindly agreed.
