Room available for summer near Warwick University

1 double bedroom available in 3 bedroom house on Sir Henry Parkes Road close to Canley railway station, CV5 6BL. This is about 15 minute walk to tesco and 20 minute walk to campus. The room is spacious and includes a double bed, a bedside cabinet, a small desk and chair, a wardrobe and a bookshelf. The house contains, in addition to the other two bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living room and a spacious kitchen, which includes a washing machine and a dryer (and a cooker, kettle etc).

The rent is £360 per month, all bills included (gas, electricity, water, and internet).

The tenancy will be the remainder of my contract, which will be available from now until September 2016. There will probably be an opportunity to renew the contract for another (probable) 12 months. You'll have to arrange that with the landlord.
