The house is just off Charter Avenue , only 15 minutes on foot to Warwick University centre campus via Mitchell Avenue- Westwood Way, less 5 minutes by bike. Less 10 minutes walk to Cannon Park shopping centre via Charter Avenue. Private front driveway car parking.

Kitchen contains washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, two tall fridge/freezer etc. Garden shed for storing the bicycles.
