I have a really lovely spacious double room with a great Ikea wardrobe and shelving with lots of storage space and a quality divan bed available. It is modern and clean as is the rest of the house with all mod cons. Flat screen smart TV in room with netflix The garden is large. . My home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and in a convenient location to motorway connections and great shops, close to Arena in Holbrooks. Off road car parking at the back of the house

I am very laid back, easy to get along with and considerate. I like to laugh and have no dramas in my life! I am a homely person who likes pottering around the house and also enjoy baking and cooking.

I have been letting the room for many years off and on so used to sharing my home. I will do the cleaning of the house and your room and will change the bedding every week. Short term lets will be considered.

I am looking after my sons cat at the moment so would not suit anyone who is allergic
