Yes, I have a double room available to rent in a brand new three storey town house. It is ideal for anyone who wants to house share but also wants their own space and I can reassure you that you will definately be getting a lot of your own space. You will have access to your own 99% of the time bathroom (own toilet and washbasin), utility room, garage / parking space, garden, kitchen, dining area and private lounge plus my company when required.

I work full time but will be available most evenings and weekends, I enjoy shopping, socialising, going to the cinema, travelling and evenings in for a chat and a nice cuppa'.
