Room will be let for maximum period of 6 months at a time.

Newcombe Road is in the heart of Earlsdon in very close proximity to the High Street (first road off Earlsdon Avenue North from the High Street roundabout). High Street amenities include butchers, library, bars, restaurants, greengrocer, Co-Op, organic food shop, Boots etc.

There is a good bus service and a circa 20 minute walk to Coventry train station, in addition to good road links.

The bedroom is approximately 11ft 7 x 11ft 5 and contains a freestanding 3-door wardrobe, chest of 5 drawers, 2 bed-side tables, double bed with mattress and aerial point. It has been recently re-decorated and fitted with a new carpet. The house is centrally-heated, double-glazed and has a fitted bathroom and new kitchen.

Monthly rental includes all bills: water, council tax, gas, electricity, TV license and broadband internet (providing download limit is not exceeded).

Street parking is available.

You do not have to be a non-smoker, but would not be allowed to smoke in the house.

I would like a professional, but would consider PHD/MA/MSc students.

I am a friendly 27-year-old professional who works in Coventry. I am fairly tidy and organised, and am thoughtful of those around me. With work commitments during the week, I tend to limit social activities to the weekend when I enjoy going out and catching up with friends.

I am a live-in landlord.
