Double room to let in 3 bed house in the heart of Earlsdon. Would be living with one other person only, room has a bed and chest of drawers with hanging rail for clothes. House includes sky TV, wifi broadband and dishwasher. Situated just off Earlsdon high st so not far from the train station and there's great bus routes through Earlsdon. You can walk into the centre to Coventry Uni from here also and cycle/walk to Warwick Uni. Would consider less rent
for less days, negociable. Ideal situation would be for a lecturer or student at Warwick or Coventry university who only needs a room a few days a week.
