Single Room available for Rent

My name is James (school teacher) and I am the landlord for the property. I live in the property with another tenant (also a school teacher) and I am seeking a person for a single bedroom. The room is furnished and is complete with bed, wardrobe, set of draws and small desk. We have high speed broadband, sky television, new fridge, new washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have a cleaner who is here once every 2 weeks in the evening to ensure all areas apart from the bedrooms are clean. We are friendly people and sleep at normal times.
