This is a lovely furnished bedroom in a cosy, two-bed terraced house on a quiet, non-through road in Earlsdon. It's a stone's throw from the centre of Earlsdon, shops and restaurants, and a few minutes' walk from Coventry city centre.

I am the owner-occupier, a mature student at Warwick and live here alone. You would be sharing with only me and my little cat who loves giving affection.

I am looking for someone tidy and quiet, who isn't interested in having wild parties at home.

Water and broadband are included in the rent, but it's only fair that we split electric and gas costs. As I am a student, I don't pay Council Tax, which is why I'm looking for other students. There is a big television in the lounge.
