There is a double room available in our house in Earlsdon area (Albany Road). The room is fully furniushed and spacious and the house 10 min walking from city centre.
It is a 6 bedroom house, there is a great atmosphere as we all get on with each other. Currently we are 2 boys and 3 girls (3 italians 1 spanish 1 english).
The price is 83 pounds per week (360ppm) + gas and electricity (water and wifi are included).
We are preferible looking for a worker rather than student due to sharing council tax payment.
