I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a house in Earlsdon for the whole course. The house is near Warwick University (35 minutes walk, 15 minutes by bike) and next to Earlson Street, where you can find supermarkets, food stores, cafes and more shops. It's a cosy neighbourhood!
There is a living-room and a big garden in the rear
The current tenants are post-graduate students of Warwick University. They are easy-going and quiet people.
The rent is 300 pounds a month excluding bills, which are 30 extra pounds more or less.
