Fun & friendly graduate houseshare

One room available in a friendly and sociable grad share. We are looking for a graduate aged between 20-30 to join our happy household.

We are ideally looking for newbies to Birmingham who wish to have a friendly house to live in. One where you can make friends, go for a night out or have a cosy night in.

The house is undergoing refurbishment at the moment. We are taking to the opportunity to fit more insulation and internet access points around the house. Sorry for the lack of photos... but I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the bedrooms or the rest of the house.

The ground floor is all communals space, with lounge, large kitchen diner, laundry and a dining room which doubles up as a work from home office. A decent sized garden with patio for bbqs etc.

We hope the group will be enthusiastic about choosing their potential housemate and forming a diverse group of people who can appreciate and enjoy others company.

The property has an HMO license and we can provide all the required safety certifications. It has a 200mb broadband package and the house has wired and wifi flooded throughout the house.

The house is located just off the Hagley Road, in close proximity to the city centre (20-minutes on the bus a 40 minute walk / 10 mins on bicycle / scooter ). We are also near to post office, Tesco Express etc. In a great location for easy commute to UoB, QE or the city centre.

Communal areas in the house are living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. We also have a big garden complete with trampoline! There is plenty of street parking available on our road.

There is ample under cover and secure space for bicycles and some on and off road parking.

Finally the house is part of gradcommunity we are linked to 15 other houses in Edgbaston, Smethwick and Bearwood. There is always something going on and an opportunity to set up groups for anything you may have a special interest in. Whether it is climbing, the great outdoors or croche.... or simple get together with a food wine and sunshine.
