The house kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and also includes a dishwasher and a large capacity washing machine.

The rent includes gas, electric, Council Tax, superfast broadband, Netflix, water rates, tv license & a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

Local shops are within a few minutes walk and include a Tesco Express and convenience stores.

Transport links are excellent with the A456 at one end of the road & the A4040 Outer ring road at the other. Very frequent Buses to City Centre are on the Hagley Road & the Outer Circle buses run on City Road.
